【摘要】 目的:总结精准医学的发展现状及趋势,探索其对医学人才培养的启示。方法:以"精准医学"、"精准医疗"及"Precision Medicine"为检索词,分别检索CNKI及PubMed数据库。采用文献量统计和关键词共现分析的文献计量方法,利用BICOMS及g CLUTO1.0软件统计并绘制主题词图谱,从文献分析角度梳理精准医学研究热点。结果:PubMed数据库共检索到明确提及"Precision Medicine"的文献25984篇,CNKI数据库共得到文献859篇,发文量均呈逐年递增趋势,主要涉及大规模样本研究、生命大数据、组学技术、生物标志物及肿瘤防治。结论:精准医学是一种全新的医学概念和注重患者个体化的医疗模式,涉及预防、诊断、治疗到康复的整个医疗过程,需要生物医药多学科人才共同参与。医药高等院校需在教育理念、专业设置、课程体系等方面做出调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To comb the current tendency of precision medicine with the aim of improving the strategies about educational concept,curriculum and training mode.Methods: All literatures were retrieved from CNKI and PubMed using"jingzhunyixue","jingzhunyiliao"and"Precision Medicine"as keywords. By bibliometric analysis,BICOMS and gCLUTO1.0 softwares were used to reveal hot subjects through the visualization of information. Results: 25984 studies and studies 859 were included respectively from two database. The literature volume is increasing rapidly by years. Main points of hot subjects include large sample-based study,big data of life science,omics technology,biomarker,cancer diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion: Precision medicine is a new medical conception and a new medical model which focuses on the treatment tailored to the individual patient. It involves prevention,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation all of which contains the whole procedure of medicine.Multidisciplinary talents of biology and medicine are needed to take part in it.更多还原
