【摘要】 目的:分析长春市养老机构医疗服务状况,为医养结合养老服务体系的建设提供参考依据。方法:对长春市283个已取得设立许可证且正在运营的养老机构的基本情况、医疗服务的方式和内容进行问卷调查。结果:192个养老机构通过自设或与医疗机构合作等方式提供医疗服务,服务内容依次是慢性病管理、健康宣教、急诊救护、常见病诊疗。不同性质、规模、分布区域及是否失能人员医疗照护保险定点授权养老机构的医疗服务方式和内容存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。民办、大型、近城区、取得授权的养老机构医疗服务方式和内容相对丰富。结论:长春市养老机构医疗服务方式和内容有待进一步改善。有关部门应激励养老机构设立医疗部门,或与外部医疗资源协作,提升养老机构的医疗服务能力,促进医养结合发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the supply of medical service in Pension Institutions in Changchun City,so as to provide the reliable basis for improving the quality of the integrated health and social care in pension institutions. Methods: 283 pension institutions in Changchun City was investigated. A validated quantitative pension institutions questionnaire was used to assess the basic situation of pension institutions,supply mode and contents of medical service in pension institutions. Results: 192 pension institutions supplied medical services. The medical service contents were chronic disease management,health education,emergency rescue,and common disease treatment. There were significant differences in medical service supply and contents in the institutional ownership,bed size,distribution area and the agency with disability medical care insurance( P < 0. 05). There were more medical service in private,large,near urban areas and the agency with disability medical care insurance.Conclusion: The medical service supply mode and contents need to be improved in pension institutions in Changchun City. Pension institutions should be encouraged to set up medical departments,enhance the cooperation with external medical resources,so as to improve the medical services supply in pension institutions and promote the integrated health and social care.更多还原
