【摘要】 目的:了解北京市朝阳区老年人居家养老医疗服务需求现状及影响因素。方法:对朝阳区4个片区的784名60岁及以上的老年人居家养老医疗服务需求进行问卷调查。结果:26.8%的老年人至少了解1项居家养老医疗服务;对居家养老医疗服务持正向态度的老年人比例均在70.0%以上;37.5%的老年人有居家养老医疗服务需求。非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,患病卧床时子女及子女配偶的照料情况(OR=0.628)和过去1个月因患病无法出门活动天数(OR=1.397)等因素与老年人居家养老医疗服务需求具有相关性。结论:老年人对居家养老医疗服务认知较低,接纳意愿高。开展居家养老医疗服务应关注长期患病无法出门活动及难以得到子女照料的老年人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze demand of home-based medical care services and its influential factors among the elderly in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Methods: A total of 784 elderly residents aged 60 and above were sampled from 4 areas of Chaoyang District,of which the demand for home medical care services was investigated with questionnaires. Results: 26.8% of the elderly knew about at least one kind of homebased medical care services. The percentage of the elderly holding active attitude towards home-based medical care were all above 70.0%. 37.5%of the elderly needed home-based medical care services. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the influential factors of demand for home-based medical care services included care of children and their spouses when ill in bed( OR = 0.628),days of being unable to go out because of illness in the past one month( OR = 1.397),and so on. Conclusion: The elderly of Chaoyang district are willing to accept home-based medical care service,but the level of the knowledge about the service among the elderly are low. The elderly who are unable to go out for long term or unable to get care from children when illness should be paid attention to when service is offered.更多还原
