【摘要】 目的:对上海市某三甲儿童专科医院的人力资源进行测算。方法:通过查阅上海市统计年鉴,收集2012-2015年上海市儿科医疗服务量数据;通过查阅医院统计年报和医疗机构调查问卷,收集2012-2015年该院床位、人员、服务量等数据。结果:2020年该院应配置人员2189人,其中医师578人,护士(师)963人,医技人员385人,其他技术人员142人,行政人员120人。结论:该院应增加卫技人员数量,优化人员结构。医院人力资源规划的实施需政府的政策保障和制度落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To predict the human resource of a Third Grade Class A children’s hospital in Shanghai City. Methods: The pediatrics services data of Shanghai from 2012 to 2015 were collected through Shanghai statistical yearbook. The operation data( beds,human resources and medical services) from 2012 to 2015 of the hospital were collected through hospital annual reports and hospital questionnaire survey. Results: In 2020,the hospital should have 2189 medical professionals,including 578 physicians,963 nurses and nurse practitioners,385 medical technicians,142 non-medical technicians and 120 administrative staffs. Conclusion: The hospital should increase human resources quantity and optimize the human resource structure. The implementation of human resource plan needs the government to establish support policies and put them into practice.更多还原
