【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the documents for the medical insurance payment method since the new medical reform,we grasp the trend and focus of reform,and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of different payment methods,to understand its impact on hospital operation.Through analyzing the problems on the information construction,operation management,organizational leadership and other aspects in the context of medical insurance payment reform,we put forward to change organization model,strengthen informatization construction and promote the public hospital supply side structural reform,to promote continuous improvement of hospital insurance management work.更多还原
