【摘要】 目的探究膝关节置换术治疗老年类风湿性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2012年2月至2016年5月本院关节外科收治的35例行膝关节置换术的老年类风湿性膝关节炎患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行总结、分析,并定期随访。采用膝关节屈伸活动度、美国特种外科医院(hospital for special surgery,HSS)评分、SF-36评分评价手术效果及患者生活质量改善情况。结果术后1年患者膝关节HSS评分由术前(41.07±11.27)分提高至(85.75±4.70)分(P<0.05)。术后1年SF-36评分中生理健康总测量评分由术前(25.64±3.77)分提高至(45.65±6.81)分(P<0.05),心理健康总测量评分由术前(40.25±5.25)分提高至(51.81±5.32)分。随访期间患者均无感染及其他并发症发生。结论膝关节置换术治疗老年类风湿性膝关节炎临床效果良好,患者生活质量明显提高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of knee arthroplasty in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis arthritis of the knee in the elderly. Method From February 2012 to May 2016, 35 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the knee who underwent knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Their clinical data were analyzed, the range of motion, the score of the knee joint function(HSS), and the SF-36 score were used to evaluate the surgical outcomes and the patient’s quality of life. Result1 year after surgery, the knee joint HSS scores increased from(41.07±11.27) points to(85.75±4.70) points(P < 0.05); the physical component summary scale in the SF-36 score increased from preoperative(25.64±3.77) points to(45.65±6.81) points(P < 0.05); and the mental component summary scale in SF-36 score increased from preoperative(40.25±5.25) points to(51.81±5.32) points. There were no infection and other complications during the follow-up period. Conclusion The clinical outcome of knee arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients rheumatoid arthritis is satisfactory, it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
