NF-κB信号通路在肾间质纤维化发展的作用研究
Role of NF-κB Signaling in the Development of Renal Interstitial Fibrosis
【摘要】 肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)是多种进行性肾脏疾病发展至终末阶段的共同病理特征,将导致肾脏功能的不可逆损伤。肾间质纤维化的过程中常常伴随着炎性细胞的浸润,而核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)调控炎症反应的各个阶段,因此NF-κB信号通路在肾间质纤维化中起着重要的作用。本文综述了NF-κB信号通路在肾间质纤维化中的研究进展,为人类肾间质纤维化的治疗提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF) is a common pathological feature of multiple progressive kidney disease progression to the final stage, which leads to irreversible damage to renal function. RIF is often accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration, and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) regulates various stages of the inflammatory response. Therefore, NF-κB signaling pathway plays an important role in FIF. This review summarizes the progress of research on NF-κB signaling pathway in RIF for a new idea of its treatment.
