【摘要】 目的分析高血压脑出血患者行手术治疗后发生再出血的原因。方法收集我院神经外科病房2013年1月—2016年6月行手术治疗的94例高血压脑出血患者,根据有无再出血分为研究组和参考组,分析其发生再出血的原因。结果本组患者术后再出血率为12.77%;单因素分析发现,2组发病到手术时间、手术措施、术后SBP、术后DBP、凝血功能、术后出现躁动等因素比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析发现,高血压脑出血患者术后出现再出血的独立危险因素包括手术时间<6.0 h、术后SBP>200 mm Hg、术后DBP>120 mm Hg、凝血功能异常、出现躁动等(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血术后出现再出血的原因较多,临床应予以重视并采取针对性防治措施,以有效降低其病死率、致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the causes of rebleeding after operation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received in the Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital in January 2013 to 2016 June were collected. According to or without rebleeding,the patients were divided into study group and reference group. The occurrence of rebleeding after the operation was analyzed,and the causes were summarized and analyzed. Results The rebleeding rate of the patients in this group was 12.77%. The single factor analysis found that the difference of the time of operation,the operation measures,the SBP,the DBP after operation,the choking cough and the restlessness after the operation were all significant among the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The multiple factor Logistic regression analysis found that the patients in the study group were in the study group. The risk factors of rebleeding after operation include operation time<6.0 h,SBP>200 mm Hg after operation,DBP > 120 mm Hg after operation,abnormal coagulation function and agitation(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many causes of rebleeding after the operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. We should pay more attention and use pertinent prevention and control intervention to effectively reduce the mortality and the rate of disability.更多还原
