【摘要】 目的了解呼吸道疾病患儿血清过敏原特异性免疫球蛋白E(specific immunoglobulin E,sIgE)阳性分布特征。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月—2017年2月就诊的呼吸道疾病患儿816例的临床资料,采用免疫印迹法体外过敏原检测系统分析患儿各类过敏原组合的sIgE表达情况。结果 816例呼吸道疾病患儿血清过敏原sIgE总阳性率为60.8%,不同性别总sIgE阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸入性过敏原阳性者高于食物性以及吸入性和食物性同时阳性者(P<0.05),不同性别过敏原sIgE阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸入性过敏原以尘螨组合、屋尘、霉菌组合为主;食物性过敏原中以鸡蛋白、淡水鱼、虾为主。结论血清过敏原sIgE检测可为临床合理寻找呼吸道疾病患儿的相应过敏原提供依据,对疾病诊治和预防具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the positive distribution of serum allergens specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE)in children with respiratory diseases in mianyang region.Methods 816 cases of children with respiratory tract diseases in our hospital were retrospective analyzed from March 2014 to February 2017.The expression of s Ig E in various allergens combinations was analyzed by immunoblot assay in vitro allergen test system. Results Of the 816 cases of children with respiratory diseases,the total positive rate of serum allergens s Ig E was 60.8%.There was no difference about the positive rate of total Ig E between different genders(χ2=0.134,P>0.05).The positive of inhalant allergens was higher those of the food allergens and allergens with inhalant and food(χ2=239.093,P<0.05).There was no statistic difference in the positive rate of allergen s Ig E between different genders(χ2=2.237,P>0.05).The main inhaled allergens were dust mite combination,house dust and mold combination.The main food allergens were egg whites,freshwater fish,shrimp.In different respiratory diseases. Conclusions The detection of serum allergens s Ig E can provide a basis for clinical rational search for the corresponding allergens in children with respiratory diseases. It is of great significance to the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of diseases.更多还原
