【摘要】 目的:分析强化期联合静脉给药治疗支气管结核的临床疗效。方法:以2014年1月—2017年12月为病例选取时间,纳入92例支气管结核患者,按照来院就诊登记先后顺序分为对照组、研究组,各46例,分别予以常规抗结核口服治疗、强化期联合静脉给药治疗,对比效果。结果:治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后,研究组的痰菌阴转率均明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗1年的总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,于强化期予以支气管结核患者联合静脉给药治疗,能够促进痰菌阴转,提升临床治疗总有效率,且不会增加不良反应,效果理想,安全可靠,推广应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of intensive period combined with intravenous administration for the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis. Methods : From January 2014 to December 2017 as the time of the selected cases,92 patients with bronchial tuberculosis were included. The patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to the order of visits to the hospital,46 patients each,they were treated with routine oral anti-tuberculosis treatment or combined intravenous treatment,contrast effect. Results: After treatment for 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the sputum negative conversion rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The study group patients were treated for 1 year.
