stathmin和p27kipl在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义
The Expression of stathmin and p27kipl in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:通过观察stathmin和p27kipl在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨stathmin和p27kipl与口腔鳞癌发生发展之间的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常口腔黏膜组织、50例口腔鳞状上皮细胞癌组织中stathmin蛋白和p27kipl蛋白的表达情况。结果:(1)stathmin蛋白在正常口腔黏膜组织中表达水平较低,表达率为20%,而在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平较高,比例为74%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)p27kipl蛋白在正常组织中表达水平高,对应的表达率为90%;而在口腔鳞癌组织中呈低表达,表达率为34%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)stathmin蛋白的表达与p27kipl蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.537 1,P<0.01)。结论:stathmin蛋白在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平较高,而p27kipl蛋白的表达则相反,二者的表达水平存在负相关关系,且表达程度和肿瘤的病理分级关系显著;据此可判断这两种蛋白的异常表达会直接影响到肿瘤细胞的发展水平;stathmin蛋白可作为判断口腔鳞癌恶性程度的指标,同时也为肿瘤的治疗提供靶点。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of stathmin and p27kipl in oral aquamous cell carcinoma,and normal oral mucosa specimens,and explore the relationship between stathmin and p27kipl and the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:50 cases of oral aquamous cell carcinoma,10 cases of normal oral mucosa were examined by Immumohistochemical staining.Results:(1)The positive rates of stathmin in normal oral mucosa specimens were 20%,in oral aquamous cell carcinoma were 74%.The difference among oral aquamous cell carcinoma and normal oral mucosa specimens was significant(P<0.05).(2)The positive rates of p27kipl in normal oral mucosa specimens were 90%,in oral aquamous cell carcinoma were 34%.The difference among normal oral mucosa specimens and oral aquamous cell carcinoma was significant(P<0.05).(3)The expression of stathmin and p27kipl proteins were significantly inversely correlated(r=-0.537 1,P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of stathmin protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues was higher,while the expression of p27kipl protein was the opposite,and the expression level of the two was negatively correlated,and the degree of expression and pathological grading of the tumor were significant.Therefore,the abnormal expression of these two proteins can directly affect the development level of tumor cells.Stathmin can be used as an indicator to determine the malignancy of oral squamous carcinoma,and also provide targets for the treatment of tumors.
