基于双链融合创新性药学人才培养模式的CADD课程建设
Construction of Computer-aided Drug Design Course Based on the Double-chain Integration Training Mode for Creative Pharmaceutical Talents
【摘要】 计算机辅助药物设计在药学领域起着越来越关键的作用。为了培养综合创新性药学人才,暨南大学药学院基于"药物研发链"与"专业课程链"有机融合的理念,设计全新的计算机辅助药物设计(CADD)课程。该课程融合传统教学模式、数字教学模式和综合创新培养模式,旨在解除时间、空间及硬件对学习的限制,充分发挥学生的主体作用,提高学生学习的自主性与积极性,以综合创新实践改善教学效果。
【Abstract】 Computer-aided drug design plays an increasingly important role in the field of pharmacy. In order to cultivate comprehensive and innovative talents,School of Pharmacy of Jinan University designs a novel CADD course based on the organic integration of "Drug development chain "and "Professional course chain ". This course integrates the traditional teaching mode,the digital teaching mode and the comprehensive innovation training mode to relieve the limitation of time,space and the hardware in traditional teaching pattern,gives fully play of the main role of students,stimulates students’ interests and high motivation in the learning process and improves the teaching result with comprehensive practice.
