【摘要】 目的:总结临床药师在门诊提供药学服务的方法,为药学门诊的设立提供参考。方法:临床药师对门诊咨询窗口一例多种药物致迟发型过敏反应的病人进行分析,探讨病人的致敏药物、原因和特点,并为其提供用药指导。结果和结论:临床药师根据该病人的过往病史及用药情况,给予了专业的用药建议,促进了合理用药并提升了药物治疗水平,体现出药师的职业价值,为药学门诊的设立提供了可行性参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize methods of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in the outpatient department,so as to provide reference for the establishment of outpatient pharmaceutical department.Methods:The clinical pharmacists analyzed and evaluated the allergic drugs,causes and characteristics of a patient with delayed drug hypersensitivity reaction induced by multiple drugs and provided medication advice for the patient.Results and Conclusion:According to the medical history and application of drugs,the clinical pharmacists provided professional medication advice,which could enhance rational use of drugs,improve pharmacotherapy level,demonstrate the professional value of pharmacists,and at the time provide reference for establishment of outpatient pharmaceutical department.更多还原
