【摘要】 目的报告河北省首例人感染猪链球菌病例的相关调查情况和实验室检验结果。方法通过询问病史、现场观察、血液及脑脊液细菌学培养、荧光PCR检测及生化鉴定等方法进行调查。结果病人由破损伤口直接感染,临床症状表现为意识障碍,伴有发热、恶心、呕吐,大小便失禁,运动功能紊乱。血液培养出特征菌落,经鉴定为人感染猪链球菌Ⅱ型。结论病人发病前存在明显的流行病学接触史,切断传染源和传播途径是控制该病的有效措施。应加强人畜共患疾病的健康教育和宣传,提高自我防护意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article reports the related investigation and laboratory test results of the first case of Streptococcus suis infection in Hebei Province. Methods Epidemiological investigation of cases were conducted by inquesting the case history,field observation,blood and cerebrospinal fluid culture test,real-time PCR detection and biochemical identification. Results Patients were infected directly from the breakage of wound. Clinical features include conscious disturbance,fever,nausea,vomiting,incontinence,dyspraxia. Blood culturing test are Streptococcus suis type Ⅱ positive. Conclusion There was a clear history of epidemiological contact before the onset of the disease. Cut off the source of infection and route of transmission is an effective measure to control the disease. We should strengthen the zoonotic diseases of health education and propaganda,improve the awareness of self-protection.更多还原
