【摘要】 目的了解江阴市学校学生的因病缺课情况,探究不同疾病对学生缺课的影响,为针对性地防控疾病提供科学依据。方法利用"学生健康监测系统"中网络报告资料,对2015-2016学年的163所学校学生的因病缺课情况进行统计分析。结果江阴市2015-2016学年学校因病缺课率3.58‰,平均缺课天数1.51 d,导致全市学生因病缺课的首位疾病是一般感冒(79.16%);男生总因病缺课率0.42%,女生总因病缺课率0.31%,性别间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3 214.609,P<0.005);城市学生因病缺课率522.31/10万,农村学生因病缺课率282.40/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12 868.013,P<0.05)。结论家长、学校、卫生部门应加强协作,从多方面保障学生的健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of school students’ absence in Jiangyin City,explore the impact of different diseases on students’ absenteeism,and aim to provide scientific basis for the prevention of related diseases. Methods In the2015-2016 school year,Jiangyin City had carried out statistical analysis on absence of students from 163 schools by monitoring data which had been reported by the network. Results In the 2015-2016 school year,the rate of absence was 0. 36%,the average number of absent days was 1. 51 days. The primary cause of students’ absence was common cold( 79. 16%). For boys,the rate of illness-induced absence is 0. 42%,for girls the rate is 0. 31%( χ~2= 3 214. 609,P < 0. 005). The absenteeism rate of urban schools was 522. 31/100 000; in rural schools it was 282. 40/100 000( χ~2= 12 868. 013,P < 0. 005). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Cooperation should be strengthened by family,school and department of health,to guarantee students’ healthy growth.更多还原
