【摘要】 目的:探讨中医经方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗甲基苯丙胺成瘾者戒断症状的临床疗效。方法:对60例甲基苯丙胺成瘾患者按照2∶1分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,对照组不做任何治疗,使用焦虑自评量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、抑郁自评量表和汉密顿抑郁量表评价治疗效果。结果:治疗12天后评分显示:治疗组改善了戒断症状如躯体症状偏头痛、食欲不振、便秘,对睡眠障碍疗效最佳;对照组在改善头痛、食欲不佳、便秘等躯体症状也有效果,但不及治疗组,两组比较有统计学意义,P <0. 05。尤其在改善焦虑、抑郁症状方面,治疗组和对照组比较表现出明显的优势,P <0. 05。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在改善甲基苯丙胺成瘾戒断精神症状已初见成效,尤其是在改善成瘾者焦虑、抑郁等精神症状方面有优势,且无副作用,临床值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Chaihujialonggumuli decoction on the treatment of methamphetamine addicts withdrawal symptoms.Methods: There are 60 patients with methamphetamine addiction according to 2: 1 were divided into the treatment group and control group,treated with Chaihujialonggumuli decoction or without any treatment,respectively. The improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms were measured and compared between two groups. The evaluation indexes of this study are anxiety self-rating scale,Hamilton anxiety scale,depression self-rating scale and Hamilton depression scale. The therapeutic effect was judged according to the scale score before and after treatment.Results: After 12 days of treatment,the score showed that the treatment group improved the withdrawal symptoms,such as somatic symptoms migraine,loss of appetite,constipation and sleep disorders. While in the improvement of headache,poor appetite,constipation and other physical symptoms,the control group had certain effects,but the control group was not as significant as the treatment group,and the two groups were statistically significant,P < 0. 05. Especially in the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms, the treatment group showed obvious advantages,compared with the control group,P < 0. 05.Conclusion: Chaihujialonggumuli decoction improved the symptoms of methamphetamine addiction withdrawal,especially in improving the anxiety,depression and other mental symptoms related to addiction,with no side effects,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
