【摘要】 目的:了解云南省甲基苯丙胺类物质使用者数字记忆广度损伤情况和特点,初步探索其相关影响因素。方法:对云南省羁押场所内及近一年内有过甲基苯丙胺类物质使用经历者进行数字记忆广度测试和问卷调查,用logistic多因素回归分析数字记忆广度的影响因素。结果:男性占84. 33%,平均年龄为32. 09±8. 51岁。甲基苯丙胺类物质使用者在性别、文化程度、民族、年龄及婚姻状况这几方面数字记忆广度均有不同程度的差异。数字记忆广度在使用频率、累计使用时间、每次使用剂量及初次使用年龄的差异也有统计学意义。对数字记忆广度影响因素进行多因素logistic回归分析后发现,女性、文化程度为初中级以上、汉族、与每天都使用至少一次MA相比每月使用2-6次是保护因素,年龄≥46岁、累计使用时间> 36月、初次使用年龄大于20岁是数字记忆广度总成绩的危险因素。结论:甲基苯丙胺类物质使(滥)用者其数字记忆广度总成绩随MA的使用频率、累计使用时间及初次使用年龄的增加而下降;且不同性别、年龄、文化程度及民族之间也存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate Methamphetamine( MA) users’ digital memory span damage situations and characteristics,and preliminarily explore influence factors.Methods: The Digit Span subtest of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale and questionnaire were been used to survey MA users who were in detention places or had MA substance using experience within the past year,then the Ordinal Logistic regression analysis on influencing factors of digit span was used.Results: Men accounted for 84. 33% of the users,the user’s average age was 32. 09 ± 8. 51. There were some differences between gender,cultural level,nation of MA users,age and marital status. The digital memory span was also statistically different in the different use frequency,the cumulative use time,doses and primary using age. After logistic regression analysis,the researchers found that female,junior high school above,Han Chinese,use 2-6 times per month of MA were protective factors. And 46 years or older,the cumulative time >36 months,the initial use of age over 20 years old were risk factors.Conclusion: When the use frequency,cumulative time and initial use of age increased,MA users ’ total scores of digit span descended; and there were difference between gender,age,degrees of education and nationality.更多还原
