胰岛微血管系统与糖尿病的关系研究进展
Research Progress of the Relationship between Islet Microvascular System and Diabetes Mellitus
【摘要】 糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,发病原因主要是由于β细胞损伤或其功能障碍造成的胰岛素分泌不足。最新研究表明,胰岛微血管系统参与β细胞的分化与发育,维持β细胞正常形态及生理功能。在糖尿病的发生及发展过程中,胰岛微血管系统受到不同程度的损伤。该文就胰岛微血管系统在维持胰岛微循环稳态中的作用和其在糖尿病发病过程中扮演的角色及可能的治疗靶点进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus is a kind of metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,whose main pathogenesis is the lack of insulin secretion due to the damage of β-cells or their dysfunction. Recent studies have indicated that the islet microvascular system participates in the differentiation and development of β-cells,maintains the normal morphology and physiological function of β-cells,and also get damaged during the origination and development of diabetes. The roles of islet microvascular system in islet microcirculation homeostasis,diabetic pathogenesis and possible therapeutic targets have been reviewed and summarized in this article.
