【摘要】 目的观察羧艾泰克(surgetake)对胆囊癌根治术患者提高生存率效果。方法采用羧艾泰克生物胶体液250 ml对术后术野浸泡15 min的新临床方案,以期降低肿瘤细胞种植转移,将未使用该方案的病例作为对照,进行统计分析,评估新方案的疗效。结果 2组患者除了年龄以外,其余在术前基线分析、术中变量以及术后并发症等康复、围手术期死亡上差异无明显统计学意义。术后生存分析显示,新方案组在6个月生存率为93.3%,对照组6个月生存率为90.3%的2组生存率差异无统计学意义,但是12个月生存率新方案组为87.6%,对照组为78.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。在6个月的无瘤生存方面,新方案组生存率为86.7%,对照组生存率为67.5%,12个月无瘤生存率,新方案组为75.2%,对照组为56.1%,6个月和12个月无瘤生存率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羧艾泰克提高胆囊恶性肿瘤根治术患者生存率与无瘤生存率,有显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Surgetake in improving the survival rate of patients with gallbladder carcinoma after radical resection. Methods The new regimen-carboxamide biocolloid solution(250 ml) was soaked for 15 minutes in the operation field, and the cases in which the regimen was not used was analyzed as a con-trol group. Results There were no statistically significant differences between preoperative baseline analysis, intraop-erative variables and post-operative complications, such as rehabilitation, preoperative death. The survival analysis showed that the 6-month survival rate was 93.3% in the new regimen group and 90.3% in the control group; there was no statistical difference between the two groups. However, the 12-month survival rate was 87.6% in the new regimen group and 78.8% in the control group; there was statistical significance in the comparison results(P=0.036).The 6-month tumor-free survival rate of the new regimen group was 86.7%,and the control group was 67.5%; the 12-month tumor-free survival rate of the new regimen group was 75.2%, and the control group was 56.1%; there were significant statistical differences between the two groups in 6-month and 12-month tumor-free survival rates(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgetake has significant effect in improving the survival rate and the tumor-free survival rate of patients with radical operation of gallbladder malignant tumor.更多还原
