制造业技术转型视角下企业创新意识与创新绩效实证研究——基于技术战略的调节作用

【摘要】 本文基于创新意识的主动性和被动性两个维度,从制造业技术转型视角,分别探究技术领先战略中的技术开发及引导消费与技术跟随战略中的技术模仿及降低成本对创新意识两个维度和创新绩效之间关系的调节作用,并形成了概念模型。通过发放问卷、现场调研收集数据和实证分析得到结果:在制造业中,对于创新意识和创新绩效的关系,技术开发与引导消费都起到了正向调节作用,且对于主动性创新意识的调节作用更大。技术模仿起到了负向调节作用,且对于主动性创新意识的负向调节作用更大。降低成本对于主动性创新意识与创新绩效关系起到了负向调节作用,对于被动性创新意识与创新绩效关系的调节作用不明显。研究结果为制造业技术转型提供了一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Based on the two dimensions of initiative and passivity of innovation consciousness,this paper respectively explores the regulating effect of technology development and guide consumption in technology leading strategy and technology imitation and cost reduction in technology following strategy on the relationship of the two dimensions of innovation consciousness and innovation performance from the perspective of technology transition in manufacturing industry,and a conceptual model is formed. Through questionnaire,on-site data collection and empirical analysis,the main results are as follows: in the manufacturing industry,technology development and guide consumption both have a positive regulating effect on the relationship of innovation consciousness and innovation performance,and the regulating effect on initiative innovation consciousness is larger. But technology imitation has a negative impact,and the negative regulation effect on initiative innovation consciousness is bigger. Cost reduction also plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship of initiative innovation consciousness and innovation performance,but its role is not obvious in the relationship of passive innovation consciousness and innovation performance. The research results provide some reference for the technology transition of the manufacturing industry.
