【Abstract】 Under the globalize background and the era of information economy,intellectual property rights are expanding in each country. The protection of intellectual property rights is not only the act of protecting the intangible assets,but had already become one of the key symbols to measure the strength of the country’s core competitiveness. In recent years,the protection of intellectual property rights in China has made great progress,but compared with the earlier and more mature development of intellectual property protection in Developed countries of the Asia Pacific R egion,there is still a big gap in China. This paper studies the main practices and experiences of intellectual property protection in developed countries,and puts forward effective policies and measures about strengthening the protection of international intellectual property rights in China.更多还原
