【摘要】 目的 探讨胃肠超声造影检查对结直肠癌术前TNM分期的临床诊断价值。方法 择选2013年1月-2017年12月于吉林大学中日联谊医院术前确诊为结直肠癌患者60例,结合术后病理结果,评价胃肠超声造影对结直肠癌术前TNM分期的诊断意义。结果 胃肠超声造影检查对结直肠癌术前TNM分期与术后病理回报对比,对临床有重要指导意义。T准确率达78.3%,N准确率达85.0%,M准确率达96.7%。结论 胃肠超声造影检查作为结直肠癌筛查以及其术前评估TNM分期的常规检查方法,对临床有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal ultrasonography in the preoperative TNM staging of colorectal cancer. Method A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer were diagnosed before surgery, In January2013-December 2017,China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University, and the results were combined with postoperative pathological results,to evaluate the diagnostic significance of gastrointestinal ultrasonography in the preoperative TNM staging of colorectal cancer. Result The contrast between the preoperative TNM staging and the postoperative pathological return of colorectal cancer is of great significance to the c linical practice.The accuracy rate of T,M,N was respectively up to 78.3%,85.0%,96.7%.Conclusion gastrointestinal ultrasonography was used as a routine examination for colorectal cancer screening and its preoperative assessment of TNM staging.,which is valuable to clinic.更多还原
