【摘要】 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法和数理统计法的研究方法,对延安市跆拳道俱乐部的运营现状作出深入调查与分析,立足延安市的地域特点和要求,全面分析延安市跆拳道在发展的同时存在的一系列问题,根据实际情况,得出结论并提出一些建议。延安市跆拳道协会及政府应发挥主导作用,制定相关政策,规范收费标准,扶持跆拳道俱乐部和体育产业的发展;经营者要改善跆拳道俱乐部硬件设施,充分利用训练场馆,加强对跆拳道俱乐部的宣传,完善俱乐部的管理制度,提高教练员综合素质,与时俱进,不断学习,从而使延安市跆拳道俱乐部规范、健康的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview investigation methods,and mathematical statistics methods,the Yan’an city taekwondo club ’s operational status is thoroughly investigated and analyzed. Based on the regional characteristics and requirements of Yan’an,a series of issues concerning the development of Taekwondo in Yan’an City are comprehensively analyzed. Based on the actual situation,conclusions are drawn and some suggestions are made. The Yan’an taekwondo association and the government should play a leading role in formulating relevant policies,standardizing charging standards,and supporting the development of Taekwondo clubs and the sports industry. Operators should improve the Taekwondo club hardware facilities,make full use of training venues,strengthen the promotion of Taekwondo clubs,improve the club’s management system,improve the overall quality of coaches,keep pace with the times,and continue to learn. In this way,Yan’an Taekwondo Club has standardized and healthy development.更多还原
