【Abstract】 In this paper, combining with the characteristics of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of AnaerobicBiotechnology and summarizes some security problems and the main reasons of the laboratory. Accord-ing to the actual situation of lab operation, from the safety awareness, perfect management system, in-crease the safety investment, and increased staffing to improve management level, briefly the explora-tion and practice of safety management for laboratory safety.
