【摘要】 国内众多综合性大学基于学科发展与人才培养的需要,增设艺术学科,并参照理工学科实验室建制成立实验教学中心,实行实验系列的统一化管理。然而,在艺术实验教学与管理的工作中,存在诸多制度设计与工作执行之间的错位问题,尤其在实验技术队伍建设与岗位职能履行等方面。在此,基于综合性大学美术与设计实验教学中心的现存问题,探讨实验技术队伍建设的可行方案,以促进实验教学工作的更好开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the demand of the disciplines development and talent cultivation, numerous com-prehensive universities nationwide established disciplines or departments of fine arts and set up fine artexperimental teaching center to follow the laboratory construction of the disciplines of science and engi-neering, so as to be under the unified management of the university. However, there are mismatches a-mong the institutional design and execution of the system during the fine art experimental teaching andlaboratory management. Extrusive problems exist especially in the experimental technology team con-struction and position responsibility fulfillment. Based on the analysis of the current situation of theFine Arts and Design experimental technic centers in comprehensive universities and the existing prob-lems, this thesis is aimed to investigate into the practical solutions to the establishment of the profes-sional team in experiment and technology according with the reality of the university so as to facilitatethe implementation of the teaching environment of experiment course.更多还原
