虚实结合汽车发动机拆装实训教学模式研究

【摘要】 汽车发动机拆装实训是汽车构造实训的重要组成部分,也是学好发动机工作原理不可或缺的环节。针对发动机拆装实训教学的实际需求,提出了利用虚拟现实技术构建虚拟拆装平台和现有拆装实训台架虚实结合的实训教学模式,优化了拆装实训内容,新教学模式有助于加深学生对发动机构造原理的理解与掌握,强化实践效果,同时也可以大大降低实习成本。

【Abstract】 Automotive engine disassembly practical training is an important part of automotive struc-ture training, but also an indispensable part to learn the working principle of the engine. For the actualneeds of the engine disassembly practical training, it puts forward the virtual-real combination modefor practical training teaching with virtual reality technology, it includes a virtual disassembly platformand an existing disassembly practical training platform, and builds the virtual disassembly platform tooptimize the disassembly training, and completed the teaching lab plan of the virtual-real combinationmode for practical training of automotive engine. The new teaching mode will help to deepen thestudents. understanding and mastery of the engine construction principle, strengthen the practicaleffect, also can greatly save the internship costs.
