TRIZ理论在大学生机械工程训练中的应用

【摘要】 以CDIO工程教育理念为指导,采用基于项目的机械工程训练模式,学生组成项目小组完成机械创新作品的设计与制造。新的教学模式能有效激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,提高教学质量。创新能力的培养是工程训练的重要任务,TRIZ理论揭示了创造发明的内在规律和原理,学生通过对TRIZ理论的基本原理和基本方法的学习和领悟,从一个简单系统入手,遵循TRIZ的创新流程,运用TRIZ分析问题和解决问题的方法,有效地提高了创新设计的效率。

【Abstract】 Guided by the idea of CDIO engineering education,students conduct engineering training based on a project,the project team complete the design and manufacture of the mechanical innovation production. The new teaching mode stimulates the students’ enthusiasm and interest as well as improves teaching quality. The most important is that the innovation ability of students can be improved much through the engineering training. TRIZ reveals the internal laws and principles of creation and invention,by studying and realizing the basic principles and methods of TRIZ theory,based on a simple project,the students follow the innovation process of TRIZ,using TRIZ to analyze problems and solve problems,the efficiency of innovative design has been improved effectively.
