【摘要】 分析了工科科研团队仪器设备管理、使用以及运行模式的现状,提出了存在的共性问题。在对作者团队实验室仪器设备情况进行充分梳理分析的基础上,充分借鉴国内外团队管理的优秀经验,以优化设备管理方式、提升设备使用效益为目标,研究构建了工科科研团队仪器设备"专管共享"模式,突出仪器设备的集中放置、专人管理、多层次共享与安全责任共管,取得了良好的运行效果,为高校科研团队仪器设备的管理和运行提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,the status quo of equipment management and operation mode in engineering research teams is analyzed,the common existed problems are put forward. Based on the analysis of the author’s team laboratory equipments and excellent experience of internal and global groups,the "specialized management and sharing"mode for equipments of engineering research team is explored and constructed aiming at optimizing the equipment management and improving the efficiency of equipment utilization.
