以临床问题为导向的分子生物学综合性实验探索

【摘要】 随着医学的发展,越来越多将分子生物学的理论与技术,应用于疾病的预防、诊断和治疗。从分子水平探讨各种疾病的发生发展的机制,已成为当代医学研究的共同目标。因此作为一名医学院校的学生,掌握与应用分子生物学实验技术,结合临床实践,在分子水平上认知、诊断各种疾病的发生发展机制是十分必要的。改革与优化实验课教学体系,更新实验课教学内容,有利于提高实验教学质量,培养高素质医学人才,在实验教学中培养学生创新意识、训练学生创新能力、培养学生创新品质。

【Abstract】 As the development of medical science,more and more theory and techniques of molecular biology have been applied to disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment. From the molecular level to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of various diseases,has become a common goal of modern medical research. Therefore,as a medical college student,it is necessary to master and apply the experimental techniques of molecular biology and combine clinical practice to recognize and diagnose the pathogenesis and development of various diseases at the molecular level. It has become the common goal of modern medical research to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of various diseases from the molecular level. Reformation and optimization of the experimental teaching system,as well as,renewing of the material for experiment lectures improve the quality of teaching also the medical training. The major aims of experiment lectures are to improve the motivation of students and inspire students to train the ability of initiative and creativity.
