【Abstract】 As the development of medical science,more and more theory and techniques of molecular biology have been applied to disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment. From the molecular level to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of various diseases,has become a common goal of modern medical research. Therefore,as a medical college student,it is necessary to master and apply the experimental techniques of molecular biology and combine clinical practice to recognize and diagnose the pathogenesis and development of various diseases at the molecular level. It has become the common goal of modern medical research to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of various diseases from the molecular level. Reformation and optimization of the experimental teaching system,as well as,renewing of the material for experiment lectures improve the quality of teaching also the medical training.
