【Abstract】 E2695 high performance liquid chromatograph with new Alliance system is Waters’ new high performance liquid chromatograph equipped with four gradient proportioning valve and oven temperature controlled by programs. E2695 has advanced spectrum comparative function,spectral library and can be used to analyze purity of chromatographic peak. The operating rules and maintenance techniques of Waters E2695 high performance liquid chromatography( equipped with diode array detector and refractive index detector) in university laboratory were discussed in detail in this paper which could provide valuable operational and management knowledge for the users.更多还原
