【Abstract】 Engineering training center is an important place for engineering practice teaching in college,scientific and standardized management helps to improve the overall level of the center and cultivate students’ comprehensive quality. The 8 S management content of engineering training center is introduced and the application of 8 S management in the center practice teaching and social service is mainly expounded through the safety,environment,materials and personnel management combined with self-characteristics.
