SPOC模式生物信息实验教学云平台设计与实践

【摘要】 SPOC 教学模式,具有小众化、限制性等特点,结合传统教学模式可以提高教学效率。云平台是生物信息专业实践教学SPOC 教学模式发展的载体。借鉴SPOC 的教学模式,阐述了SPOC 模式实验教学云平台的设计架构,并以"生物信息学实验"课程为例,将线上学习和传统课堂教学进行有机的结合,其中线上学习主要是自学SPOC 教学资源、扩展知识等,传统课堂教学主要是学生的实验操作以及教师对学生疑难问题解答等,希望对实践教学有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 SPOC teaching mode,with a small number of limitations,and other characteristics,combined with the traditional teaching model can improve teaching efficiency. Cloud platform is the carrier of the development of SPOC teaching mode of bioinformatics specialty. Learn from the SPOC teaching mode,this paper expounds the design architecture of SPOC mode cloud platform of practical teaching,and take "bioinformatics experiment"course as an example,online learning and traditional classroom teaching organically,including online learning is mainly learning SPOC teaching resources by self,expanding knowledge,while traditional classroom teaching is the main student the experimental operation and the problems of teachers and students,i hope to have some reference value for the practice teaching.
