同步回转式压缩机滑板结构形式的改进设计分析
Analysis of Improved Design for the Vane Structure of a Synchronal Rotary Air Compressor
【摘要】 针对一种具有固定滑板结构的新型同步回转式压缩机的动力学特性,进行了详细的理论建模与计算分析。研究包括:压缩机中滑板、转子和转缸部件的运动及受力,各摩擦副的摩擦功耗分布,以及压缩机的机械效率。研究表明:对于具有固定滑板结构的新型同步回转式压缩机,滑板相对运动产生的摩擦功耗集中在滑板侧面与滑板腔约束处,而完全消除了原机型中滑板圆头处的摩擦功耗;同时,新机型在滑板受力、转子扭矩、摩擦磨损和机械效率等各方面,也都具有更加优越的性能及可靠性。
【Abstract】 Based on the dynamic characteristics of new type synchronal rotary air compressors with a fixed-vane, therortical modeling and computational analysis was carried out in detail. The research included that the motion and forces of the vane,the rotor and the cylinder, friction losses caused by the relative motion of friction pairs, and mechanical efficiency of the air compressors. Studies had shown that, for the new type air compressors with a fixed-vane, frictional losses due to sliding vane was mainly caused by recipro-cating motion between the sliding vane and the vane slot. In addition, the two new type synchronal rotary compressors with fixed-vanes completely eliminated the frictional losses at the round head of the sliding vane. The new type models have superior performance and reliability in various aspects, such as the force on the sliding vane, rotor torque, frictional losses, and mechanical efficiency.
