具有固定滑板的同步回转式压缩机结构参数优化研究
Design Optimization of a Synchronal Rotary Compressor with a Fixed Vane
【摘要】 具有固定滑板的同步回转式压缩机的结构参数设计,有别与最初的同步回转式压缩机。为指导具有固定滑板的同步回转式压缩机的结构设计,本文分析了2个基本几何结构参数即相对偏心距和长径比,对具有固定滑板的同步回转式压缩机的机械效率影响;以相对偏心距和长径比作为设计变量,机械效率的倒数作为目标函数建立了压缩机结构参数优化设计数学模型,并利用复合形算法对所建立的优化设计模型进行求解,最终获得了给定工况下的压缩机最优结构参数,为该类压缩机的参数优化设计提供了有效的计算方法和参考。
【Abstract】 Design of the synchronal rotary compressor with a fixed vane is different from that of the original synchronal rotary compressor. With the aim to guide the structural design of the synchronal rotary compressor with a fixed vane, the effects of two basic geometrical parameters, relative eccentricity and slenderness ratio, on the mechanical efficiency of the synchronal rotary compressor with a fixed vane were theoretically analyzed. A mathmatical model for the design optimization of compressor was developed, where the relative eccentricity and slenderness ratio were selected as the design variables and the reciprocal of mechanical efficiency was selected as the objective fuction. The complex method was used to solve the established model and then the optimum structural parameters were obtained under a given working condition. This work povides an effective calculation method and referenre optimizing the structural parameters of the synchronal rotary compressor with a fixed vane.
