【摘要】 对成都大熊猫繁育研究基地来自不同产区的大熊猫常用竹笋进行了营养成分分析,结果表明:相对于竹叶、竹茎,竹笋是一种粗蛋白(CP)含量较高(30%左右),粗纤维(CF)和粗脂肪(EE)含量较低(分别为15%和2%左右),矿物元素(Mineral element)含量丰富的大熊猫优质食物。但竹笋存在钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量比例与生理需要不符,氨基酸比例与理想蛋白模式有一定差异等不足。针对竹笋的营养特点,对圈养大熊猫大量长期食用竹笋的饲养策略和营养供给进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 We analyzed the nutritional contents of bamboo shoots from various regions that supply shoots to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Bamboo shoots had high content of crude protein( around 30%),low contents of crude fiber( around 15%) and crude fat( around2%),and high contents of mineral elements,all of which make bamboo shoots high quality feed for giant panda. However,the calcium phosphorus ratio of bamboo shoots cannot meet the physiological needs of giant panda,and the amino acid proportion does not match the ideal protein pattern. Therefore,based upon nutrition features of bamboo shoots,we also discuss here the feeding strategies and nutrition supply for captive giant pandas that consume bamboo shoots over long time periods.更多还原
