【Abstract】 In the context of China’s comprehensive implementation of the climate change strategy, we will specifically discuss the climate change situation in Heilongjiang Province. And it analyzes the progress of Heilongjiang Province’s response to climate change at this stage from emission reduction measures, emission inventories, assessment systems, statistical accounting, and forestry carbon sinks.
