【摘要】 目的:通过分析围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况,优化抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:随机抽取2016年11月—2017年11月在我院进行手术治疗的195例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:195份手术病历中,共141例使用了抗菌药物,占病历总数的72.3%,在这141例患者中,有22例患者存在不合理使用抗菌药物的情况,占抗菌药物使用率的15.6%。结论:我院围手术期抗菌药物使用仍存在一些问题,需进一步加强管理,保证抗菌药物的合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the usage of antibiotics by analyzing cases in perioperative period. Methods: 195 surgical cases during Jan 2016-Jan 2017 in our hospital were selected randomly and analyzed. Results: Antibiotics were used on 141 cases(72.3%) of the total, and 22 cases(15.6% of 141 cases) were irrational. Conclusion: Problems of the usage of antibiotics exist in our hospital, so further management is required to ensure using antibiotics rationally.更多还原
