黑铜泥浸出工艺研究
Study on Leaching Process of Black Copper Sludge
【摘要】 以铜冶炼黑铜泥为原料,研究氧化酸浸和氧化碱浸过程的酸/碱过量系数、反应温度、液固比、通氧气量、搅拌速度等因素对Cu、As浸出率的影响规律,并确定了最佳的工艺条件。结果表明,黑铜泥氧化酸浸Cu、As浸出率分别为93.15%和94.74%;氧化碱浸As浸出率为90.27%。黑铜泥氧化浸出工艺实现了Cu、As与其他有价金属的有效分离。
【Abstract】 Effects of acid/alkali concentration,reaction temperature,L/S,oxygen partial pressure,and stirring rate on leaching rates of copper and arsenic were studied with black copper sludge as raw material. The results show that under the optimum technological conditions,leaching rates of copper and arsenic by oxiditive acid leaching were 93. 15% and 94. 74%,respectively,and arsenic leaching rate by oxiditive alkali leaching was 90. 27%. The effective separation of copper and arsenic from other valuable metals was realized by oxiditive leaching process of black copper sludge.
