CuCl2/ZSM-5分子筛脱汞吸附剂研究
Research of Mercury Removal Adsorbent of CuCl2/ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve
【摘要】 以ZSM-5分子筛为制备脱汞吸附剂的载体、CuCl2为改性的活性物质,采用液态离子交换法,制得CuCl2/ZSM-5分子筛脱汞吸附剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积检测(BET)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对CuCl2/ZSM-5分子筛进行分析表征,并在不同的CuCl2溶液浓度、吸附反应温度、吸附反应时间等条件下试验,研究其脱汞性能及分析脱汞机理。结果表明,经CuCl2改性后的ZSM-5分子筛的催化氧化能力明显增强,使Hg0易被氧化为易吸附的Hg2+;当CuCl2的浓度为2.5%、吸附反应温度为30℃、吸附反应时间为70 min时,CuCl2/ZSM-5分子筛的脱汞效率可达80%以上,比未改性ZSM-5分子筛的脱汞效率提高了25%,具有较好的吸附汞能力。
【Abstract】 A modified CuCl2/ZSM-5 zeolite mercury removal adsorbent was obtained by liquid ion exchange method. The means of XRD,BET,SEM were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of the materials. While the mercury removal performance and mechanisms were studied under different experiment conditions including the different concentration of CuCl2 solution,the adsorption temperature and reaction time. The results show that the catalytic oxidation ability of the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve by CuCl2 has been enhanced obviously,which making Hg0 to be oxidized to Hg2+. The CuCl2/ZSM-5 molecular sieve has better performance for removal of mercury. The mercury removal efficiency can reach above 80% which increase 25% than unmodified ZSM-5 molecular sieve when the concentration of CuCl2 is 2. 5%,the adsorption temperature is 30 ℃ and the adsorption time is 70 min.
