【Abstract】 In this study,an algae-lysing bacterium was screened from landscape waterbody. The results showed that the algae-lysing effect improved with the increase of the concentration of the bacteria and the algae-lysing effect was caused by extra cellular substances secreted from this isolated bacterium. According to its physiological,biochemical and molecular characteristics,this strain of bacterium was identified as one of species of citric acid bacteria.更多还原
