调整优化专业结构 提高人才培养质量——基于云南大学推进本科专业结构调整的实践与思考
Adjusting and optimizing the subject structure to improve the quality of personnel training——based on the practice and reflection of Yunnan University to promote the structural adjustment of undergraduate majors
【摘要】 专业是人才培养的载体和基础,其结构调整和不断优化是各高校一项长期而艰巨的任务.在云南大学不断加强“双一流”建设、加强内涵建设和特色发展的今日,精简专业数量、集中资源和力量办好优势特色专业,是学校发展的大势所趋.而不断健全完善新专业申报标准、严把入口关,对现有专业分类统计、分类指导,分别制定不同类别专业的“建设标准”,对照招生、培养、就业各项数据指标,设计科学合理的考核指标体系,严格实施专业“黄红牌”警示制度,是促进专业结构不断优化的有效抓手.
【Abstract】 Specialty is the carrier and foundation of talent cultivation, and its structural adjustment and continuous optimization is a long-term and arduous task for colleges and universities.Today, Yunnan University is constantly strengthening “double first-class” construction, strengthening connotation construction and characteristic development.At the same time,streamlining the number of professional, concentrating resources and strengthening to run advantageous and characteristic majors is the general trend of school development.Meanwhile, it is necessary to improve the new professional application standards constantly, strictly control the entrance, and statistics on different specialties and guide them to formulate “construction standards” for different specialties.In contrast to the data indexes of enrollment, training and employment.It is an effective grasp to promote the continuous optimization of professional structure by designing scientific and reasonable assessment index system and strictly implementing the “yellow and red card” warning system.
