【摘要】 目的设计一种用于神经外科术前备皮的装置,以减少备皮操作的人数及提高备皮的效率。方法该备皮装置在一斜坡型底座上安装有可活动的竖杆和横杆,竖杆和横杆连接,通过旋钮可以调节竖杆的高度,横杆上安装有可以沿横杆滑动的滑块,滑块通过链条式的扣与支架连接,支架为十字形结构,4个端部连接有软线或软片,软线下垂互相编制,形成头托。根据患者头部调整位置,使得头部置于头托,将头部悬空吊起,暴露枕部,备皮操作者可单人操作备皮枕部毛发,不需他人协助。结果术前备皮使用该备皮装置能简化操作流程,神经外科术前备皮操作人数由数人可减少至1人,备皮操作时间缩短。结论使用该神经外科手术备皮装置对备皮满意度无明显影响,能减少备皮操作人数及缩短备皮操作时间,对提高诊疗质量有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Design a device for neurosurgical skin preparation,in order to reduce the number of people required and the time of operation. Methods The shaving device was installed on a ramp type which was arranged on the movable vertical rod and a transverse rod,a vertical rod and a transverse rod connecting the vertical rod through the knob. By moving along the cross slid you could adjust the height of the vertical rod. The cross bar was installed with a slider which could slide along the cross bar. The slider was connected with the bracket through a chain type buckle. The bracket was a cross type structure. The four ends of the cross type structure were connected with a soft line or a flexible sheet. Soft-line sagging to each other formed the head support. Results Through clinical observation,neurosurgical skin preparation could reduce the number of operations by a number of people to 1 people,and shorten the operation time. Conclusion Using this new device can significantly improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
