经颅磁刺激仪的应用及关键技术
The Application & Key Technologies of TMS
【摘要】 经颅磁刺激(TMS)作为一种安全、无创的生物刺激技术,已被证实可有效应用于脑功能研究和神经疾病的诊断与治疗,并以其显著的效果而备受关注。首先对TMS的原理和医学研究中的应用进行介绍,然后对经颅磁刺激仪的关键技术做详细的阐述,最后就目前经颅磁刺激仪存在的问题和发展前景进行探讨和展望。
【Abstract】 Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS), as a safe and noninvasive biological stimulation technique, has been proved to be effective in study of brain function and diagnosis and treatment of neural diseases, and it has attracted much attention for its significant effect. In this paper, the principle of TMS and the application of the medical research are introduced, and the key technologies of the TMS are described in detail. At last, the problems and prospects of the current magnetic stimulator are discussed and prospected.
