【摘要】 目的比较不同回血方法在无肝素血液透析中的应用效果。方法选择120例有活动性出血和有出血倾向的行无肝素血液透析的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(密闭式回血法)和试验组(不停泵回血法),每组60例。比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组的回血时间和回输0.9%氯化钠注射液量均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的透析器及管路凝血程度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不停泵回血方法能缩短回血时间,减少回输生理盐水液量,显著改善透析器及管路凝血程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the applicational effects of different blood return methods in heparin-free hemodialysis.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing heparin-free hemodialysis with active bleeding and a bleeding tendency were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into control group(closed blood return method) and study group(non-stop pump return method), with 60 cases in each group. The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood return time and rolume of returning 0.9% sodium chloride injection in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Degree of blood clotting of dialyzer and tubing in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The non-stop pump return method can shorten the blood return time,reduce the amount of returning saline, and significantly improve degree of blood clotting of dialyzer and tubing.更多还原
