【摘要】 目的探讨消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的安全性。方法选择2015年11月至2017年11月医院收治的98例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同分成对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组采取阿维A胶囊进行治疗,研究组采用银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平显著低于对照组和治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的安全性和有效性均较高,值得在临床实践中推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety of Xiaoyin granule and acitretin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods From November 2015 to November 2017, a total of 98 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment plans, with 49 cases in each group. The treatment acitretin capsules was used in the control group, the combination treatment of Xiaoyin granule and acitretin capsules was applied in the study group. Clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, level of interleukin 17(IL-17) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xiaoyin granule and acitretin capsules in patients with psoriasis vulgaris is more safe and effective, which is worthy of popularizing and application in clinical practices.更多还原
