【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理模式下全方位护理对妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压产妇治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院200例妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压产妇为研究对象,根据硬币投掷法将产妇分为对照组和研究组,每组100例,对照组产妇实施常规护理模式,研究组产妇实施优质护理模式下全方位护理,比较两组产妇干预效果。结果干预后,两组产妇血压、血糖及HbA1c水平均明显降低,总依从率均明显升高,且研究组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项不良妊娠结局发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式下全方位护理有助于提高妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压产妇治疗依从性,有效控制血压、血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,具有较高应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of all-round nursing under high-quality nursing model on treatment compliance and pregnancy outcomes in puerperas with gestational diabetes and hypertension. Methods A total of 200 puerperas with gestational diabetes with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the coin throwing method, all the puerpares were divided into control group and study group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing model, the study group was given all-round nursing under high-quality nursing model. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of blood pressure, blood sugar and HbA1c in the two groups significantly decreased, treatment compliance of the two groups significantly increased, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion All-round nursing under high-quality nursing model can help to improve treatment compliance of puerperas with gestational diabetes and hypertension, effectively control the levels of blood pressure and blood glucose and improve pregnancy outcomes, which has higher application value.更多还原
