【摘要】 目的分析视网膜脱离合并视网膜囊肿的临床特点。方法回顾性分析我院因视网膜脱离合并视网膜囊肿就诊的患者22例(23眼)的临床资料、手术方式及术后随访情况。结果 19眼位于视网膜囊肿下方,占82.6%;23眼术后视网膜裂孔完全封闭,22眼视网膜脱离复位;视网膜囊肿在视网膜复位后逐渐吸收。结论合并视网膜脱离的视网膜囊肿临床特点如下:(1)多见于青年患者;(2)多发于下方视网膜;(3)以中等囊肿为多见;(4)视网膜囊肿通常不需特殊处理,视网膜脱离复位后,视网膜囊肿可自行吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features of retinal detachment combined with retinal cyst. Methods The clinical data, surgical methods and postoperative follow-up of 22 patients(23 eyes) for retinal datdchment combined with retinal cysts were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 19 eyes located below the retinal cyst, accounting for 82.6%.A total of 23 eyes retinal holl completely closed after surgery, retinal detachment restored in 22 eyes. Retinal cysts were gradually absorbed after retinal reattachment. Conclusion The clinical features of retinal cysts combined with retinal detachment are as follows:(1) more common in young patients;(2) mostly in the lower retina;(3) moderate cysts are more common;(4) retinal cysts usually do not need special treatment, only the closure of retinal detachment, retinal cysts can be self-absorption.更多还原
