【摘要】 目的观察氨基葡萄糖联合金匮肾气丸治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在我院门诊治疗的符合肝肾亏虚型的膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分成对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组患者采取氨基葡萄糖胶囊进行口服治疗,试验组患者则采取氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合金匮肾气丸进行口服治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨基葡萄糖联合使用金匮肾气丸能够发挥协同作用,对早期膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗具有良好的疗效,值得临床进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of glucosamine combined with Jinkui Shenqi pill on early knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the criteria of hepatorenal insufficiency from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received oral administration of glucosamine capsules, while patients in the experimental group were treated with glucosamine capsules combined with Jinkui Shenqi pill for oral treatment. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 90.00% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than71.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Glucosamine combined with Jinkui Shenqi pill can play a synergistic effect in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis, it can achieve good results,which is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
