【摘要】 以彝族踏歌舞改编为例,运用文献资料法、实地调查法、实测法和专家访谈法,对民族传统体育校园化改编进行深入探究.研究认为:对民族传统体育项目进行校园化改编,需经历"前期准备→项目改编→实践验证"三部曲:改编前,要对源自民间的民族传统体育的历史文化背景、文化要素、动作要素、运动强度等进行解析;改编时,既要要考虑文化传承,又要考虑运动健身,对民族传统体育的动作形态、动作幅度、动作节奏等进行改编,并融入文化元素;改编后,要进行实践验证.实践证明,民族传统体育校园化改编的"三部曲"有效可行,可为当前我国的民族传统体育进校园活动提供方法支持.更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the adaptation of Yi Nationality’ s folk dance as an example; this paper makes an in-depth study on the method of adapting traditional ethnic sports for school practice by using the methods of literature and data; field investigation; field survey and expert interview.The study suggests that school-based adaptation of traditional ethnic sports should go through the trilogy process: preliminary preparation; project adaptation and practical verification."Preliminary preparation" refers to the analysis of the historical and cultural background;cultural elements; action elements and sports intensity of traditional national sports originating from the folklore before adaptation."Project adaptation" refers to the adaptation of the action form; action range and movement rhythm of traditional national sports and the integration of cultural elements."Practical verification" refers to the practical verification process after the adaptation of national traditional sports; including the practical testing verification and teaching verification.It has been proved that the "trilogy" of the school-based adaptation of traditional ethnic sports is effective and feasible; and can provide methodology for the school utilization of traditional ethnic sports in China.更多还原
