【摘要】 世界汉语教学迅猛发展,交互式远程汉语教学作为新兴的教学形式,其师资短缺及培训问题鲜有学者谈及。本文通过笔者的实际教学经历,以堪萨斯大学孔子学院为例,提出美国远程课堂师资培训的现状与问题,并对经历过交互式远程汉语教学的汉语教师就交互式远程汉语课堂问题及培训诉求进行了问卷及访谈调查。最后就调查结果进行分析并提出建议,以期为国家汉办及孔子学院的海外远程汉语教师培训工作提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese teaching is developing rapidly through the whole world. The qualification of the Chinese teach-ers now becomes a highlight problem. The interactive distance learning(IDL) as a new form of teaching,howev-er,gains little attention from scholars on teachers’ training research. This paper discusses the Chinese teachertraining of IDL in the Confucius Institute at the University of Kansas(CIKU),describes the current situation andproblems of IDL Chinese classes. We also made a questionnaire survey on those experienced teachers in CIKU,and put forward some suggestions based on the survey results. This paper aims to supply some data and ideas forHanban and Confucius Institute on the IDL teacher training programs.更多还原
